New Service:

Builders may request a new water tap and meter by contacting the BRR Water SC office at (830) 796-4199.

BRRWSC Temporary Water Service Application

Tap Fee:

A one-time fee of $4,350 will be charged to establish a new 5/8″ or 3/4″ residential service. This fee is made up of a membership fee of $500, an impact fee of $3,000 and a service installation fee of $850.

Tap Fees for larger meter service will require a one time fee of actual cost; plus $4,350.

An additional fee to cover unique costs may be charged. For example: a road bore, hard rock meter location, etc. These will be charge at actual cost.

Should construction of the driveway(s) require crossing of the water main, costs associated with installation of pavers will require additional fees of $500.00 for each crossing instance.

A New Membership (see membership tab) must also be arranged and service agreements signed, before water service will be provided.
